Ballet

Ballet is a basic skill in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Choreography exercises are necessary for a gymnast so that she would develop the upright posture, arms and foot positions, which are needed for rhythmic gymnastics elements. Classical ballet gives the feeling of the movement’s completion. We teach Ballet elements to our gymnasts so that they can take any beautiful position without a moment’s hesitation. Ballet exercises also strengthen the body in a healthy manner.
