Rhythmic gymnastics is a female only sport that is officially included in the Olympic Games Program. It is created as a mix of ballet, acrobatics, and artistic gymnastics. Gymnasts use different apparatus in their programs: rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon. Rhythmic gymnastics is very developed all over the world, especially in Russia, Spain, Italy, the USA, Japan and other countries. Gymnasts participate in various competitions, including the Olympic Games, World Championships, Asian Championships, and other international and national competitions at different levels.

Competition performances of gymnasts are very bright and colorful, having beautiful leotards, music, impressive pirouettes and split jumps.
